  I was disappointed in the way the chef responded to my complaint about the crust being very burned and black. She said " no it's ok" it wasn't ok after spending more than $126. My pizza is being remade but I feel the hostility from her. Very unprofessional!! Thanks

  Really good! I'm an out-of-stater, so I wasn't aware of the existence of the "Virginia Slice". I thought I had just ordered a standard large pizza for delivery. I was shocked at the price, and shocked even further at the size of the thing. I could barely fit it though the door. It was delicious, and will pull double duty as dinner and tomorrow's breakfast. Totally worth the price if you're prepared for such an undertaking.

  Where to begin? First off the the pizza is primarily sold by the slice and these slices are huge. If you buy a whole pizza be ready to have trouble fitting the box into your vehicle if you do not have a large SUV or truck. Benny's has some of the best New York style pizza around. The crust is perfectly crisp on the outside but not overdone so as to keep the inside of the dough moist and soft like freshly made bread. Though I highly recommend going for just cheese if this is your first time trying Benny's, the toppings are a perfect match. They put on just enough toppings to give you good flavor but not too much so as to weigh down the pizza and muddy the experience of the already delicious combination of crust, marinara sauce, and cheese. They also have a very good selection of drinks to choose from though they do not offer a soda fountain or free refills. Overall, if you're this far from New York City and want authentic New York style pizza then Benny's is a very close and very filling option to choose for your next pizza experience.
